**About The Role**:
The Social Media Intern role is a **paid 3-month internship program**where you will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and see your ideas come to life. Throughout the internship, you will be mentored and work closely with a supportive marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging and creative contents aligned with the brand's voice and tone, target audience, and social media strategy.
- Produce engaging contents, write compelling captions and posts for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Take documentation of AMODA projects and client testimonials.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and research trending topics and industry news to incorporate relevant and timely content into posts.
- Develop storyboards that effectively convey the message and tone of the content, including layout, text, and imagery, then present storyboards to the team for feedback and approval.
- Assist with social media monitoring and engagement, help with scheduling social media posts using a content calendar and stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Become the voice of AMODA online. Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms, responding to comments, building communities, trigger conversations, and turning every interaction into a brand love story.
- Assist in other marketing activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in content planning, production, posting, and monitoring content for social media.
- Strong writing and communication skills: Ability to write & produce engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative thinking: Ability to generate innovative and original content ideas.
- Visual storytelling: Ability to create visually appealing and effective storyboards.
- Social media platform knowledge: Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices. Keeping up with social media trends and able to leverage that into engaging contents
- Attention to detail: Ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work together in a team to meet OKR
- Comfortable to create content in English and Indonesian.

Bonus points if you:

- Are able to use design & creative tools such as Capcut, Canva, Adobe
- Have a background in architecture, civil engineering, or interior design
- Possess photography / videography skill
