Job Description
As a Guru PAUD-SMA at SMM Bintaro Sektor IX - Tangerang Selatan, your role is to facilitate engaging and interactive offline classes, fostering a vibrant and creative learning atmosphere. You'll be responsible for providing regular written feedback and assessments, actively participating in school meetings, promptly responding to parent inquiries, and actively engaging in additional school activities such as field trips, playdates, and art exhibitions. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with the Level Coordinator to design lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
What you will do...
Conduct regular offline classes or TMR (Tatap Muka Rutin) sessions in alignment with the assigned student level.
Provide consistent written feedback and assess student learning activities.
Attend relevant school meetings related to your role as a teacher at SMM.
Actively participate in school events and extracurricular activities like field trips, playdates, expressive classes, and art exhibitions.
Collaborate with the Level Coordinator to develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
Complete teacher administrative tasks as directed by the Level Coordinator.
As a Guru Inklusi (Inclusive Education Teacher) at SMM Bintaro Sektor IX - Tangerang Selatan, you will be responsible for designing and managing inclusive programs, conducting student observations, and delivering engaging and inclusive instruction both online and offline. Your role involves creating student assessments, personalized learning activities, and facilitating consultations with parents. Collaboration with the team and effective communication are key in this role.
What you will do...
Teaching and assisting inclusive students.
Conducting online and offline student observations.
Consulting with parents and students both online and offline.
Creating preparations and lesson plans for students.
Providing students feedback on their learning processes.
Making reports on observation and consultation results for parents and students.
Attending coordination meetings per level and the SMM team (if necessary).
Involved in special SMM activities.
**Requirements**:
Guru PAUD-SMA
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience in offline teaching, preferably in a creative and dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
Enthusiastic and adaptable, willing to participate in various school activities.
Creative and able to engage students in innovative ways.
Familiarity with education technology and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
A playful and flexible approach to teaching.
Guru Inklusi
Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for degrees in Education, Psychology, or Special Education.
Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in both online and offline teaching settings, whether in schools or educational institutions.
Possess experience teaching or interacting with children with special needs.
Show a genuine interest in teaching early childhood students and the ability to craft engaging learning experiences for them.
Exhibit creativity in developing learning materials, activities, and presentations suitable for young learners.
A deep understanding of early childhood development tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively within both large and small teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with colleagues.
Effective classroom management skills.
Proficiency in observing and assessing student progress.
Maintain discipline in adhering to timelines and deadlines.
A commitment to a loyal work ethic within the team.
