DYM Medical Clinic, a newly opened Japanese clinic in Indonesia, is seeking a Sales Admin professional with Japanese language proficiency and strong organizational skills This role is based on the 3rd floor of Menara Astra on Sudirman Street in Jakarta, where you will support clients and assist with administrative tasks, contributing to the clinic’s smooth operations.

In this position, you will handle Japanese-speaking clients, managing appointment bookings and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and service.

DYM Medical operates successful clinics in Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, the USA, and Vietnam, and is now expanding to Jakarta. This clinic, a newly established and refined medical facility, officially opened on October 9, 2024.

- **1. Job Description**:
・Provide administrative support to the sales team, manage appointments, and coordinate with clients
・Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks to maintain efficient workflow
・Handle appointment bookings and follow-ups for Japanese-speaking clients, providing clear communication and support
**- Requirements**:
・Minimum Education: Diploma
・Experience in sales administration or customer service, especially in the healthcare sector, is a plus
・Strong Japanese and English communication skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Ability to work with targets and manage multiple tasks efficiently
・Placement at Menara Astra, Central Jakarta

**2. Working Hours**:
・Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 18:00

**3. Salary**:
・Rp 5,000,000～7,000,000
