- Receive the knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor, verify the project document and create manuals if needed.
- Level 2, 3 support SAP Maintenance projects with SLA committed to the clients.
- Support hours: Japan time zone (9:00 - 18:00 GMT+9), primarily 8x5. (If customer has any major change, release or urgent issue, working out of service hours could be expected.).
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and other documentation related to SAP MM processes in accordance with project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules such as FI/CO, SD, and PP.
- Conduct system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance and functionality.
- Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively.
- Knowledge of the quality processes and the quality standards adopted in projects.
- Report to Project Manager / Project Leader.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities and configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Mandatory languages: 1 of 2 below options:

- Professional level in English (4 skills: listening, reading, writing, speaking).
- Or Professional level in Japanese (N1/N2 4 skills: listening, reading, writing, speaking) + English ~B1.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/production industry is preferred.
- SAP MM certification is a plus.

**The Required Soft Skills**:

- Strong **verbal **and **written **English communication skills (TOEIC 650+ or IELTS 6.0+).
- Working independently.
- Withstand high pressure and quickly adapt to new environments.
- Energetic/Pro-active.
- Comfortable working in outsourcing environment.
- Challenge oriented with an enthusiastic mindset to learn new technologies.
