**What will you do?**
- Conduct regular competitor research to understand competitor communication and customer journeys within the industry.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand writing standards, style guides, tools, and methodology.
- Ensure that all marketing and sales communication is executed to the highest standards by acting as the final gatekeeper and champion of customer communications.
- Manage communication, schedule, and processing of edits and rounds of proof with the team and other stakeholders
- Creation of materials for corporate communication activities such as brochures, presentations, etc.
- Creating and updating website content regularly.
- Analyze customer feedback and website usage to improve web content and functionality.
- Be regularly engaged in blogging activities on the website as well as other blogging forums and pages
- Create and update social media content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create training materials for channel partners, employees, etc. for orientation and engagement programs.
- Writing content for technical products as specifications, summaries, and technical details to attract customers.

Making content for consumer engagement activities such as camps, seminars, presentations, and campaigns

**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline. MBA is preferable from premier Universities
- You have exposure to Fintech and /or Digital marketplace products and have a background in an early-stage consumer-facing product company.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
- Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar
- Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
- Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communications
- Experience with Web Content Management Systems, HTML, Marketo, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Content Optimization System
- Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
- Attentive to details and good communication in English
- 2-3 years of experience in direct copywriting or producing content building audiences either online or offline
