Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the public relations team, managing day-to-day operations and tasks.
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance the company's public image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Develop and manage KOL campaigns, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance metrics to assess ROI.
- Plan and execute public events, press conferences, influencer events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, providing reports on PR and KOL effectiveness and impact.
- Stay current on industry trends, public opinion, and competitive activities to inform strategies.
- Willing to travel to meet KOLS, attend media engagements, or represent the company at events as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in public relations and influencer marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Exceptional communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and manage successful PR and KOL campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively manage international media and KOL collaborations.
- Willing to travel for media engagements, influencer events, or other PR/KOL-related activities as needed.
