**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Ecommerce Specialist located in Jakarta, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our online retail presence. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing our ecommerce platform, implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience to drive sales and growth. Your day-to-day operations and management include customer service, sales, content creation, platform analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, manage, and optimize BIOTA's ecommerce platform with Shopify, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to purchase.
- Manage our accounts in third-party ecommerce platforms, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and strategies to improve online sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of two-years of hands-on experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify is essential.
- Experience with managing accounts on third-party ecommerce websites, such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly and absorb information well.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and industry trends to optimize sales and increase revenue.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
