**Job Role**: To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all gym users by maintaining equipment, assisting members, enforcing gym rules, and providing support in day-to-day fitness center operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Welcome and assist gym members**: - Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner - Provide basic information about gym equipment and facilities - Respond to general inquiries or direct members to personal trainers - **Ensure safety and cleanliness of the fitness area**: - Monitor gym floor for safety hazards or misuse of equipment - Clean and sanitize gym equipment regularly - Ensure towels, sanitizers, and other supplies are well-stocked - **Monitor equipment usage and report issues**: - Check that machines and equipment are functioning properly - Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor - **Enforce gym policies and etiquette**: - Remind members of rules when necessary (e.g., dress code, time limits) - Ensure a respectful and inclusive workout environment - **Support fitness programs and activities**: - Assist in setting up for classes, events, or wellness programs - Help track attendance and member feedback when required - **Administrative support (if required)**: - Log daily checklists, maintenance reports, and member interactions - Assist in maintaining records of usage and supplies **Requirement**: - Minimum 1 year experiences in the same or similiar role - Strong Customer Service - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Bahasa - First class customer service skills - Highly organised with great time management skills - A strong team work ethic - Good interpersonal skills - A meticulous attention to detail - Confidence to upsell - Sport enthusiast - Possess a "Go Get" and proactive nature **Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract Contract length: 3 months
