Memberikan arahan teknis dan non-teknis (apabila diperlukan) kepada team.
- Membagi dan mengelola tugas kepada anggota team berdasarkan prioritas dan kapasitas.
- Menyusun Timeline berdasarkan estimasi realistis dan kapasitas team dan memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai timeline dan standar teknis.
- Memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan sistem atau produk.
- Melakukan pengujian, pemecahan masalah, dan perbaikan bug dalam perangkat lunak.
- Bekerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan tim PM, PMO, SA, UI/UX, QA, Technical Writer, dan role lainnya.
- Mengomunikasikan detail teknis dan memberikan masukan selama proses pengembangan.
- Menerapkan dan menjaga kualitas kode melalui code review.
- Melakukan coaching & mentoring terhadap tim
- Mampu mengambil keputusan dengan cepat saat krisis atau bottleneck
- Minimum Qualifications: Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Ilmu Komputer/Teknologi Informasi/Sistem Informasi
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan front-end dan back-end mínimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai team leader dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak
- Menguasai tiga atau lebih bahasa pemrograman di antara daftar berikut: Java, Kotlin, Javascript/Typescript, PHP, Golang, Python, C#. Penguasaan bahasa pemrograman lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai tiga atau lebih framework di antara daftar berikut: Yii2, Laravel, CodeIgniter, VueJs/Quasar, Java Spring Boot, TornadoFX, React Native, ExpressJS, Flutter, Echo,.NET. Penguasaan framework lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai dua atau lebih database di antara daftar berikut: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB. Penguasaan database lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki keterampilan dan memiliki portofolio proyek yang terbukti dalam pengembangan aplikasi
- Familiar dengan cloud platform seperti Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, dan AWS.
- Memiliki kemampuan self management, inisiatif tinggi, dan memahami perkembangan teknologi
- Antusias, proaktif, termotivasi, dan memiliki kemauan kerja yang tinggi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, mampu bekerja dalam tim, mampu mengelola banyak tugas dan menyesuaikan prioritas dengan baik
