As an Accounting and Finance Staff, you will support the financial operations of the company by handling accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. You play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely financial management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, cash flow, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices (Indonesian GAAP preferred).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining financial integrity.
- Experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus.
