Position Summary

An operational supervisor who has sufficient mastery of the production process/assembly and understands the end to end processes in the warehouse. responsible for production, packaging and all warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**II. Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with [i-Scala, SAP ] (if applicable).
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Working knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting (preferred).
- Experience with packaging machinery and equipment operation (e.g., shrink wrappers, label applicators, case sealers).
- Understanding of packaging materials and their proper selection for different products.
- Working knowledge of quality control procedures for packaging operations.
- Experience with inventory management of packaging supplies (preferred).

- Project management experience (preferred).

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in a supervisory role within operations.
- Proven track record of achieving operational goals and objectives
