About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and early-career Creative Assistant to support our Head of Creative in developing artistic concepts, visual assets, and small-batch product ideas for our resort.

This role focuses on creative development, production support, and acting as a liaison to our resort store to bring ideas to life through beautiful displays and limited product runs — not daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and edit visuals using Photoshop and Adobe CC for campaigns, packaging, POS materials, and web.
- Support creative concepting, prototype development, and small-batch product creation for the resort store.
- Photograph products, prepare production-ready assets, and coordinate with suppliers or in-house makers.
- Maintain and organize creative asset libraries and project spreadsheets (briefs, assets, budgets, timelines).
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content together with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with store and operations teams to execute seasonal displays and launch creative collections (executional support only).
- Support photoshoots, workshops, pop-up events, and creative activations.
- Document all project details, handoffs, and production notes clearly.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Photoshop; familiar with other Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
- Strong design sense and experience with product or packaging visuals.
- Basic product photography skills and ability to prepare production-ready files.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (sorting, formulas, basic pivot tables).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative projects.
- Portfolio required (design, product, creative projects).

Nice to Have
- Experience with Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or simple prototype making.
- Familiarity with small-scale production, sourcing, or local maker networks.
- Background in art, design, creative hospitality, or related fields.
