As a Manufacture Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project and improvement initiatives within Siemens' manufacturing processes in Pulomas, Jakarta.

**You’ll create impact by**:

- Conducting Takt time process analysis within the factory.
- Supporting improvement projects related to logistics and manufacturing.
- Developing dashboards for operational processes (utilizing Power BI or other relevant tools).
- Performing data analysis, reporting, and visualizing insights for ongoing and completed process improvements.
- Creating presentations to communicate improvement project outcomes.
- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital infrastructures.

**Your defining qualities**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI and Visio.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or PDCA methodologies.
- Familiarity with production Takt time concepts.
