**Poistion Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and layouts for a range of projects (commercial, residential, industrial).
2. Collaborate withengineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
4. Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and industry standrads.
5. Use CAD software (AUtoCAD, Revit, etc) to produce accurate and efficient designs.
6. Assist in the preparation of documentation for project submissions, permits and approvals.
7. Manage and Organize fileas and project data.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven Experience as a Draftsperson, with a focus on structural drawings.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
4. Strong understanding of structural design principles and building codes.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

**Experience**:

- Drafting: 5 years (preferred)
