**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
Project Work Plan

1. Membuat project charter ketika ada upcoming project

2.Membuat dan mereview timeline, milestone, rencana anggaran biaya, dan resource yang telah disusun bersama dengan tim

3. Berkoordinasi dengan System Analyst, CTO/VP Tech dan Engineer untuk merancang konsep solusi dan mereview konsep solusi sesuai dengan permintaan client

4. Berkoordinasi dengan CTO/VP Tech atas engineer yang akan di plot untuk kebutuhan project

5. Koordinasi dengan client dan sales serta marketing terkait kemajuan project

6. Mengevaluasi kemajuan project dengan timeline yang sudah disepakati dan membuat action plan

7. Mengawasi dan menjaga konsistensi pekerjaan masing-masing project

8. Koordinasi kemajuan pekerjaan kepada engineer dan CTO/VP Tech

Mangerial Role

1. Memberikan ulasan pekerjaan engineer pada project management tools

2. Mendampingi meeting dengan calon klien

3. Mendapatkan laporan harian dari engineer melalui dashboard project management tools

4. Sprint Planning tiap waktu yang terjadwal dengan tim masing-masing project dengan raci matrix mingguan

5. Rapat mingguan PM bersama VP Robotics

6. Memberikan arahan, pengawasan, dan pengembangan tim yang berkelanjutan untuk memastikan tim yang efektif dan solid

Administrasi

1. Menulis pekerjaan/backlog pada dashboard project management

2. Menulis laporan mingguan tiap project kepada VP Teknikal Robotics

3. Melaporkan kemajuan project tiap minggu kepada client

4. Membuat dokumen Service Level Agreement bersama technical secretary

5. Memeriksa laporan bulanan anggaran yang dibuat oleh finance

6. Membuat Log Book ketika ada masalah pada project yang berjalan

**Persyaratan**:
1. Min. Sarjana Ilmu KOmputer/Informatika/Sistem Informasi/TI/Elektro

2. Berpengalaman dalam Dokumen Persyaratan Proyek, background proses untuk backend, mobile, dan web apps

3. Berpengalaman dengan Software Development Life Cycle; Scrum dan Agile

4. Familiar dengan Porduk Ai

5. kreatif, inovatif, dan berintegritas

6. Memiliki kemapuan dalam negosiasi, penentuan prioritas proyek, komunikasi, dan kerja tim

7. Memiliki pengalaman dalam after sales (lebih diutamakan)
