**Team Introduction**:
TikTok is seeking an enthusiastic Tax Business Partner to join the tax team to support its rapid business growth. This is a well-balanced role which comprises both tax compliance and advisory aspects. The Tax Team is a sub department of the Finance team which looks after every tax related matters.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in preparation and lodgement of local tax filings, including Value Added Tax (VAT) returns, Withholding Tax (WHT) returns, corporate tax returns, and other tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations; Maintain tax records properly.
2. Provide support to the Accounting team regarding tax entries and reconciliation of tax-related general ledger accounts.
3. Manage tax inquiries and tax audits conducted by the Tax Authorities.
4. Respond to internal and external tax inquiries, and assist business partners with tax issues in timely manner.
5. Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.
6. Provide support for ad hoc tax matters, i.e. tax and business projects.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 4 years of related experience in a large MNC and/or a CPA firm with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or taxation.
2. Solid local tax knowledge and analytical skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
