Plant Coordinator

**Description**:** External Manufacturing Operations**
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the assigned external manufacturing facility.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and product manufacturing in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support and work closely with Plant Operation Manager for any continuous improvement project

**Quality Assurance**
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with the external manufacturers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions

**Communication and Coordination**
- Communicate effectively with external manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Regularly collect and report production data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:** Education**:
Diploma degree/Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

**Experience**:
Three years of supervisory experience.

**Other Qualifications**:

- English language skill written and spoken.
- Good understanding of agricultural manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
