- Regularly oversee and manage security measures to protect assets and land from being taken over or controlled by unauthorized individuals.
- Build relationship and manage stakeholder related to land bank management, permit, official authorities, and government.

**Job** Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Having good communication, negotiation and supervisory skill.
- Has the ability to manage relationships with authorities such as the police, Satpol PP, community organizations, etc.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
