Associate Manager for Transfer Pricing Division

We are seeking the position of Associate Manager for Transfer Pricing Division (AMGR TP) with qualifications as follows:

- S1 graduated, majoring in Economics, Accounting and Finance major from a reputable university with GPA 3.00 (scale 4) or above
- Must have at least 5 - 7 years experience in Taxation especially Transfer Pricing. Experience in Consulting Firm will be preferable
- Minimum has one year of experience asAssociate Manager
- Detailed knowledge of transfer pricing legislation and policies
- High ability to think of transfer pricing planning solutions and ideas
- Tax Consultant Certification (USKP) C will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong commitment, multi tasking and team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills)
- Willing to work hard, under pressure, with high accuracy, attention to detail, self-discipline, and initiative

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and deliver transfer pricing services
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Supervise and mentor staff members
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling package
- Review subordinates work to ensure the assignments are completed within scope, quality requirements, and schedule.
- Continuously enhances knowledge on tax, finance, & accounting, and begins to develop leadership & management-related skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
