- To Manage a group for contingency workforce to meet the shiftily KPI
- Lead merge activity and drive for overall lot count reduction inside the production floor
- Lot location audit accuracy and lead weekly Cycle count and monthly Cycle count with Finance.
- Lead and Consolidate overall production WIP by ensuring meeting ratio or 70:30
- Lead SMALL GROUP ACTIVITY in improving the overall Inventory management
- Knowledge in Shop floor control system will be added advantage
