As a **Creative Design Staff**, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives, contributing to the overall success of our creative campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to stay current with design trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, print materials, and other media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce visuals that support campaigns, promotions, and social media content.
- Ensure design consistency across various channels by adhering to brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
- Research and implement design trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, infographics, and promotional materials, providing creative support as needed.
