**Role**

AwanTunai is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the development, strategy, and successful delivery of a company's product & feature and works to align products with customer needs and business goals.

**Responsibilities**- Own project delivery, feature development and experimentation end-to-end, including identifying the needs, creating detailed product & business requirements, driving cross-functional execution, sharing insights and learnings across the organization, and skillfully managing and ensuring satisfaction of the stakeholders.-
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define a credible product strategy that satisfies the stakeholders, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users. Collaborate with Product Marketing, other Product teams, and cross-function on go-to-market strategies and execution.-
- Conduct market and user research to make recommendations and ensure that we are building the right things for our stakeholders.-
- Ensure the product roadmap is strategically prioritized and aligned with the company vision.-
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.-
- Define and document clear user stories, feature specifications, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.-
- Track and monitor customer usage using analytical tools to develop insights for product continuous improvement.-
- Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding for all stakeholders.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.- Demonstrated ability to drive projects with initiative and leadership, with proven experience in spearheading 0 to 1 lending products initiatives.-
- Great communication, documentation, and presentation skills, positive energy, able to help identify, facilitate, and drive a business solution to completion.-
- Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet critical deadlines.-
- Having demonstrated resilience working with ambiguity and yet fast paced, needing sound judgment as tested over time.-
- Having demonstrated experiences of going through three cycles of software development life cycles in a product management role.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate your ideas to engineers and business stakeholders.
