**What You'll Do**
- You will implement machine capacity planning versus production requirements, including machine layout and manning requirements across multiple facilities and functions.
- You will provide recommendations for effective and efficient workload balancing, optimized production line and labor ratios, while improving employee safety and product quality.
- You will assist in developing labor metrics and support the implementation of a labor management system, including recommendations for optimal plant labor allocation.

**What We're Looking For**
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- You have experience driving and implementing Industrial Engineering (IE) methodologies and tools.
- You possess working knowledge of, or hands-on experience in, implementing Lean principles in a manufacturing setting.
- You demonstrate a proven ability to lead change and deliver measurable business results.

- You possess strong program and project management competencies.
- You have demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- You are knowledgeable in tools used for Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI).
