- Having at least 2-3 years as Photographer & Graphic Designer
- A solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, and photo editing software (like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop)
- PREFERABLE working experience in Fashion and Beauty Industries
- end-to-end hands-on in content creation (creation, shooting, scripting, editing)
- detail-oriented
- Able to join ASAP and willing to follow WFO policy.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage studio and on-location shoots, ensuring proper lighting and composition.
- Collaborate with stylists, designers, and models to showcase products effectively.
- Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Work with the creative team to execute photoshoots that align with the brand.
- Responsible for all visual graphic design of all company brands.
- Prepare concept illustrations by creating design samples, material size, font type/character choice, and product, logo, packaging, and social media content
- Create and refine company profile, logo, brand guidelines, business/product guide and customer guide
- Conduct periodic reviews of brand items, promo tools and company tools so as to keep up with trending developments.
- Create designs for the company's social media.
- Create the company's web banner design.
- Create promo designs, advertisements, events and marketing campaigns.
- Create designs that are communicative and easy to understand from the visual display.
- Think creatively to generate new ideas and concepts and develop interactive designs.
- Create design materials for Sales/After-Sales needs (flyers, x-banners, banners, invitations, billboards.)
- Planning materials for social media
- Conceptualize, design, and create graphic materials to be used in the content form of Website, Social Media, catalogs, banners, layouts.
- Create visual designs for billboards, banners, signage, and marketing needs.
- Think creatively to generate new ideas and concepts and develop interactive designs.
- Develop material planning for social media.
- Monitor social media analytics for content evaluation.
- Conceptualize and plan up-to-date promotions with the aim of developing the company's social media and work closely with other teams to achieve the creative vision.
- Maintain camera and other production equipment in the branding room.
