**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **disciplined and eager-to-learn Cook** to join our kitchen team. Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is highly preferable, but most important is the drive to improve, attention to detail, and commitment to consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to Ossu Izakaya standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
- Ensure dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and proper presentation.
- Support senior chefs and contribute to daily kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen discipline at all times.
- Be open to learning, training, and developing new skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in cooking Japanese/Asian dishes preferred.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for food.
