You will report directly to the Regional Claims Manager.

You will have the possibility and range to have an impact in a fast-moving setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understand client needs, eligibility, and coverage to provide insightful assistance.

You have:

- Bachelor’s Degree, specialization in nursing or medical being a strong plus
- 3+ previous experience in nursing, health administration or claims administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Working proficiency in oral and written English
- A great sense of accuracy and strong work ethics
