Create Initial Line of Balnce (LoB) base on SMV GSD

Preparing equipment list, cost analysis, and estimated production capacity

Linking GSD method with Technical for training staff for new process and providing instruction and manuals ( Standard Worksheet/SWS ) Critical process

Record and Collect Video Best Practice for IE database

Review GSD SMV VS Actual SAM Factory ( Analysis GAP)

Coordianted with CI Staff for Project Improvement
