**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with Company Standards and Direction.
- Adherence to SLA. Define related SLA according to job scope.
- Responsible for deliver Best Services to customer related assignment Solution.
- Responsible for Report, documentation, slides presentation etc related technical documentation.
- Responsible for transaction risk monitoring and first response function.
- Monitor real time risk management dashboard on 24-hour basis ensuring management are aware of outstanding alerts (spike transaction).
- Response transaction monitoring alerts in line with procedures.
- Analyze monitoring alerts to determine if there is any potential threats.
- To check if there is abnormal pattern of transaction, based on historical data and comparison with previous activities.
- Liaise with related departments (i.e Technical Support Team, Customer Service Team, BD Channel Team, etc) in line with the procedures.
- Create and maintain accurate and complete records of monitoring and investigations, including details on the rationale for any decisions made.
- Assist with the preparation of Departmental Management information reports.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of risk management in financial industry and or digital technology needed for the job.
- Understand how monitoring and risk escalation works.
- Ability to report monitoring and investigation results.
- Willing to work on shift schedule.
- Basic Knowledge of Ms Office, especially Excel, Words and SQL.
- Must use Zoho timesheet during Dana service project.
- Need to sign NDA and comply SLA as stated in Jobdesk scope as stated in contract.
- Collaborate with other team members across functions to deliver complex solutions.
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
- To carry any other duties and job function as and when required by the company.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
