We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Selah Ristorante. If you have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and at least 2 years of experience as a barista, we would love to hear from you

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Proficiency in brewing methods such as espresso, pour-over, French press, and more.
- Skilled in operating espresso machines and performing routine maintenance.
- Latte art skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grinding techniques, and roasting profiles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to café standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including equipment and tools.
- Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies.
