The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify company training needs.
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite, including Word, Excel/G-Sheet, and PowerPoint/G-Slide
- Entrepreneurial spirit to grow business
- Passion for helping agents thrive
- Experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Have high discipline, ownership spirit, ability to find an out-of-the-box idea and do new ways to make daily operations more energetic, motivated, and have a sense of entertainment
