Job Description
Ensuring achieving weekly and monthly sales budget.
Monitoring and controlling stock at respective stores that become his/her responsibility.
Supervising and checking that products and visual merchandising tools di store in good condition.
Being well understood of the sales items and procedures in order to provide accurate information to the customers that can enhance sales transaction.
Developing strategies to reach new customer and also maintaining also improving sales to loyal customer to increase sales performance.
Monitoring competitors' sales activities and keep up-to-date of the skincare market developments.
Having a positive approach in sales strategies and keep promoting and selling CPD Products.
Ensure success implementation of targeted instore promo program and also monitoring the result.
Maintaining good relationship with Store staffs, Store Purchasing staff and Store Owner in order to establish good partnership.
Any other work as reasonably requested by the Company and Management.

Requirement
Target and service oriented.
Able to prepare regular sales report.
Good human relation to interact with related stakehoders (Stores Staff, Owner Staffs, Distributor, Customer, etc.)
Committed, passionate and has good integrity.
Good temperament and behavior.
Able to work underpressure.
