**Responsibilities**:

- Establish activities and plans to monitor SH&E activities supporting the overall SH&E Program including, SH&E audits, inspections, reviews, risk assessments and other SH&E assessments.
- Plan and execute a program for SH&E training, motivation and further competency development for site personnel to ensure site SH&E training programs are implemented.
- Oversees SH&E policies and procedures and ensures they are maintained and updated
- Provide coaching and assistance to the Site team with regard to the implementation of SH&E Standards, statutory requirements, industry standards, and best practice.
- Ensures that good coordination of the SH&E team with other Operations functions (Engineering, Construction, Contract Management, Procurement, etc.).
- Support the incident investigation process to ensure that appropriate causal analysis undertaken and suitable corrective/preventive actions identified. contribute to Contractors’ investigations to understand the causes and influencing factors.
- Ensure the compilation of SH&E related lessons learned and dissemination across the Operations team and Contractors on a regular basis.
- Review all documentation related to SH&E issues submitted by Contractors Ensure monthly reports from contractors/suppliers provide the necessary information on SH&E matters for them to perform SH&E reporting and analysis.
- Plan and perform site SH&E inspections/audits and participate in leadership tours to identify, close-out and produce preventive actions for potential hazards

**Experience and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Health & Safety/Environmental Management
- Must demonstrate knowledge of SH&E regulations, requirements for construction projects and awareness of all hazards likely to existing construction sites.
- Must demonstrate appropriate ongoing Continued Professional Development
- Must possess leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of SH&E officers.
- Proactive acumen and an ability to manage multiple working areas on site are essential.
- Preferably experienced in Construction/Data Centre projects
- Added Advantages: Experienced in Singapore projects

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
