**Responsibilities / Introduction**

Bookkeeping
- Full set of Accounts (AR, AP, GL, Cash, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Reconciliations)
- Booking of journal entries in accounting system
- Responsible for sending of Statement of Accounts and debtor payment management
- Preparation of outgoing payment to vendors

Reporting and budgeting
- Manage monthly closing of financial reports
- Preparation of monthly reporting package to Singapore Corporate Finance, including preparation and

distribution of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow controls, projects (costs & investments) and investment
reports.
- Perform variance analysis on revenue, margins and expenses
- Work with country managers to assess the monthly performance of the entity

Auditing & Tax
- Responsible for Annual financial report
- Submission of monthly tax compliance of Efaktur, VAT, WHT and other tax related items
- Preparation of materials for external audit and liaising with Auditor
- Preparation of materials for tax and liaising with Tax agent

Admin
- Manage salary, pay-slip, personnel expenses and reimbursement
- Manage Pension contribution, Annual Leave, and other HR related work
- Supporting Production staff during Stocktake

**Requirement**

QUALIFICATION : A Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, CPA, ACCA
PREFERRED : axial impellers
INDUSTRY SEGMENT EXPERIENCE : At least 1-2 years of working experience
LOCATION : Cakung, Jakarta
Reporting : Country Manager, CFO, COO
Coverage: Indonesia
PERIOD : Full time

- Ability to manage a tight corporate closing deadline and an outgoing nature and enjoys challenges
- Able to work independently and relate easily with management, external and internal auditors
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; must be able to think logically
- Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details
- Knowledge of the full set Accounts Closing and able to prepare core financial reports
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics 2012 and IBM Planning Analytics would be a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Strong MS Excel skills
