We are now seeking a position as a Accounting Staff (Mandarin Speaker) in manufacture industy, who will handle the following key responsibilities: Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for billing documents and tax invoices to customers. 2. Maintain customer database on system. 3. Check sales related data and liaise with sales department. 4. Prepare the monthly sales revenue data reconciliation. 5. Cash count of petty cash on a bi-weekly basis / monthly basis to cashier’s petty cash. 6. Maintain good filling for customer data documentation. 7. Responsible for preparing monthly sales related accrual data to Accountant 8. Other project tasks as arranged by Financial Manager Required Skill: 1. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 2. Having Accounting/Finance background or graduating from Accounting/Finance course 3. Required Skill(s): SAP, Account Payable, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) 4. Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin speakers are better) 6. Familiar with tax or having at least brevet A/B 7.
