Identify security vulnerabilities and weaknesses through manual and automated testing methods Exploit identified vulnerabilities to demonstrate potential impact and provide actionable remediation recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address security findings Develop and maintain detailed penetration testing reports documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and techniques Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5 - 10 years of experience as Penetration Tester Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking techniques In-depth knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, exploits, and attack vectors Familiarity with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or similar certification preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
