Isla Indah Retreat is looking for an honest and disciplined **Housekeeping staff**.
- Responsibilities:_
- Cleaning and tidying guest rooms. Making beds, changing linens and replace towels.
- Maintain public areas : clean entrance, garden, yoga space and other common areas.
- Restock supplies : replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, keep inventory and report to purchasing low stock levels.
- Report issues : notify MEP and management of maintenance problems or safety hazards.
- Work in a team with 3 other Housekeeping staff and MEP
- Greet and escort customers to their rooms.
- Guest service : Respond to guest requests and provide assistance.
- Laundry : assist with sorting, washing and drying linens and towels.
- Deep cleaning : Participate in cleaning fans, fridges and other equipments routinely.
- Report lost and found items.
- Follow SOP, safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses to kitchen for cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Requirements :_
- Male/Female
- Well grooming, initiative, and good attitude
- Min 1 year experience in 3* hotel or above
- Able to work in shift schedule & overtime
- Honest, friendly, pleasant, courteous, adaptability, enthusiastic, teamwork and service oriented
- Able to join asap
- **Willing to move to Nusa Lembongan - Bali**
