**As a People General Intern, your role will include**:

- Assisting the People Experience team in day-to-day operations and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities and operations.
- Participating in the creation and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Conducting research on best HR practices and contributing to developing HR policies.
- Maintaining employee records and assisting in the management of HR databases.
- Supporting employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Gathering and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
