DESIGNATION : ID Management Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish successful implementation of identity and access management initiatives and contribute to the organization's overall security and business objectives.
- Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in identity management technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to integrate IDM practices into business processes and systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot common identity management issues, such as authentication failures, access permissions errors, and synchronization problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for identity management processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
- Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, 1 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT, or identity and access management roles.
- Experience with basic IT operations and systems administration tasks.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization of IDM processes is a plus.
- Internships, co-op programs, or hands-on projects related to identity management or cybersecurity may also be considered as relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications with Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) Associate.

**Knowledge**
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Principles: Understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
- User credentials : passwords / biometrics / tokens.
- Identity lifecycle management : including user onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
- Authentication protocols and standards : such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
- Directory services : such as Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
- Scripting languages : e.g., PowerShell, Python for automation and customization of IDM processes.
- Cybersecurity : Cybersecurity principles, encryption technologies, and security controls relevant to identity management.
- Access Management : Familiarity with identity and access management principles, concepts, and technologies.
