What You’ll Learn

Drive, plan and control innovation (Role related)
- You’ll work closely with our teaching team both in Jakarta and Singapore to understand how to structure classes and answer questions using a tried and tested teaching methodology
- You’ll have the important task of being the eyes and ears on the ground to make suggestions to presentation materials and check the clarity of the solutions
- You’ll solve daily classroom and student management issues
- You'll have the opportunities to build your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Singapore teachers (Professional development)
- You’ll develop brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, working with a spectrum of students, parents and teachers

Develop passion for people and processes (Industry related)

- help students review class assignments, review examinations and prepare for tests.
- tutor is responsible for helping students learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments.
- prepare lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks/slides in detail to understand the topic they will be teaching and providing additional projects if needed during a session.
- work directly with students to assist them in gaining a better understanding of concepts taught in the classroom.
- communicate with parents to track progress.
- provide students positive and constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work part/full-time

Experience
- Degree in Universities
- 2 years of experience in teaching Math/Science.

Skills Required:

- Able to speak English
- Has a positive attitude.
- Experience in teaching Math/Science
- Communication abilities and problem-solving.
- Patient and enjoys working with children.

What we’re looking for in you:

- Able to engage and communicate clearly with students and parents.
- Able to manage students and engage them during lessons.
- Able to monitor learning progress of student
- Able to interact with both students and parents
- Willingness to learn and expand skills

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
