**What you’ll do**

Responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of facilities operations. Responsible for a broad span of service departments including, and not limited to maintenance, office premises, and property.

Provides Safety, Health, and Environment support on specific issues / requirements. Involved in the co-ordination of resources of people and processes within an area of Safety, Health, and Environment. Preferably having specific Safety, Health, and Environment qualifications. Required good knowledge of internal and external procedures & standards.

Fleet management to ensure company cars & bikes are assigned according to the company guidelines. Key contact person for any fleet matters and coordinate closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

**Typical Accountabilities**:
**Facility Management**
- Performs monitoring, maintenance, safety, and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the Office and employees.
- Managing IFM Service providers on cleaning, maintenance, and other related tasks which are scope of the IFM service providers.
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of office areas.
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security building management or a team of security professionals if needed.
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
- Collaborating with building management for facilities needs.
- Any other office facility matters.

**Safety, Health, and Environment**
- To support the on-going compliance of the Global SHE Framework including standards, procedures, and guidelines together with national safety, health, and environmental legislation requirements in the Marketing Companies.- Lead SHE activities based on the Marketing Company SHE Risk Register, SHE performance, and SHE priorities.
- Develop the annual SHE Improvement Plan including activities covering Driving, Safety, Environment, and Health & Wellbeing.
- Ensure the requirements of DriveSuccess are in place, monitored, and reviewed at least once a year.
- Deliver communication campaigns and training to support SHE topics.
- Ensure documented SHE Management System (SHE Made Simple) requirements are established, implemented, and maintained and reviewed at least once per year.
- Ensure documented emergency response plans are established, implemented, maintained, and practiced.
- Ensure reports on the Marketing Company’s driver safety and SHE performance are produced, and submitted quarterly to the AstraZeneca Global SHE reporting system, and the Marketing Company LT.
- Respond quickly to reports of serious and fatal accidents, notifying the Country President and Marketing Company Leadership Team as soon as practical, and report appropriate events to the AstraZeneca Global SHE Duty Manager within 24 hours.
- Assist line managers in the investigation of accident and other SHE events. Ensure reports are made and actions are completed.
- Be responsible for arranging driver safety and SHE training, and advocating SHE awareness to Marketing Company employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Be responsible for leading the periodic review of hazards using the risk assessment process, and for monitoring the associated control systems and measures.
- Co-ordinate the activities of the Marketing Company SHE Committee.

**Fleet Management**
- Ensuring Market practice follows the Global Company Car Policy as well as the applicable local car & bike policy, related processes and all guidance.
- Manage all company leased vehicles and manage budget, raise PR/PO and all coordination with Fleet vendors.
- To ensure and collect certain data about the use of company vehicles to satisfy legal and regulatory reporting.
