As **Reservations Associate**, you will be responsible for assisting the reservations team in handling reservations for Cocotel International, Inc.'s services, such as hotel bookings, event registrations, or travel arrangements.

You will work closely with the reservations team to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Assist in processing reservations requests, including verifying availability, confirming details, and inputting information into our reservations system.

3. Assist with managing reservations inventory, ensuring that all reservations are properly tracked and updated in our system.

4. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales or customer service, to ensure that all reservations are properly coordinated and meet the needs of our customers.

5. Perform administrative tasks related to reservations, such as organizing and maintaining reservations records, preparing reports, and processing payment information.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of reservation policies and procedures, in order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with reservation management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in financial and performance analytics
- Preferably with Hotel or Airline yield experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Can start as soon as possible.
