The marketing team is a young team responsible for all marketing activities in cities across North Sumatra. We make an impact by creating excellent and thorough activities in order to accelerate growth of demand. The team need to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in a timely manner

Get to know the Role

Day-to-day Activities
- You craft & execute marketing strategy, planning & activities across North Sumatra
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Business Development, etc) and external stakeholders (merchants, vendors & partners)
- You will assist in developing marketing strategy based on local insight including data analysis
- You are responsible for monitoring marketing trends, analysis and updates in your area

The Must Haves
- Minimum more than 2 years experience in marketing role
- Experienced in handling cities in North Sumatra, placed in Medan
- Team player, Good stakeholder management & communication skills
- Self starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and creative
