Job Description: - Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearence/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards) - Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.) - Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur - Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement - Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal. - Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing - Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office.
