Work closely with Business Analyst, Development, Quality Assurance and Advisory Services Team to produce software documentation requirements.
- Design and develop all internal and external documents to meet company needs, including technical specifications, technical documents, SRS, user manuals, procedural guides, and customized documentation.
- Review and proofread existing documentation, such as design and functional specifications, to ensure correctness and proper documentation maintenance.
- Create, compile and deliver software developmental documentation packages.
- Creating and Monitoring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by User Request
- Initiate the creation of new functional and technical documents when required.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

- At least 2 years working experience in developing and maintaining wide category of documents
- Experience in technical illustrations such as flow diagram
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to all staff and stakeholders
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Able to operate computer program
- Have knowledge of several skills such as SRS Document, SDLC, ERD, UML Diagram, software architecture, and Basic Programming skills
