Technical Support Engineer Freelance

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve Open Production Issues (OPI) related to data inconsistencies, failures, or errors.
- Perform data patching and updates in SQL databases, Redis, and MongoDB as required.
- Use Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
- Document issues and resolution processes for future reference.
- Work in a shift-based schedule including weekends, to ensure consistent support.
- Communicate effectively with business units to ensure timely resolution of issues.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
- Hands-on experience with Redis and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in the specified shift-based system, including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in handling production support issues is a plus.
