General Overview

This role will report directly to IT Supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Highly experienced in providing support to Large Corporate Infrastructure with 250+ end-users.
- Hands-on experience in Notebook, MacBook, CCTV, printer & scanner configuration
- Installation & Troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients, and other software.
- Hands-on experience in supporting Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Patch management, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (Router/Switches/Access Point/CCTV)
- Sound knowledge of Mikrotik, Ruijie Cloud, and other firewalls
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Azure and Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Sound knowledge of JIRA Service Desk
- Good communication skills to handle corporate users.
- Good Technical knowledge of the latest technology trends
- Vendor management.
- Coordinate discussions between Central IT and country team
- Managing other locations within and around Indonesia (cluster) and their resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology.
- Minimum 2-5 years are supporting corporate end-user services.
- Preferred to have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with all kinds of IT remote help desk
- Ability to engage with senior Business stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team in local as well as remote locations
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Good communication skills to handle corporate users.
- Good Technical knowledge of the latest technology trends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
