**Job Description**:
- Receive and manage non-motor vehicle insurance claims
- Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on each claim, including approvals or rejections
- Conduct surveys and request supporting documents from policyholders when necessary
- Oversee the claims process from submission to resolution
- Handle claims administration (forms, documents, and communications)
- Ensure claims are processed according to company procedures and policies
- Communicate with related parties such as insured clients, adjusters, and other insurers
- Update the claims database system with the latest information
- Meet claims handling deadlines and targets
- Provide regular evaluations and performance reports
Requirement:
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience in Non-MV Claims at a general insurance company**:
- Well-groomed, communicative, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Able to drive and possess a valid **SIM A**
**Experience**:
- Claim Non-MV: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
