**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate Senior Web Engineer to join the Flights team. You’ll contribute to evolving our architecture, building scalable websites, and implementing new features. This role requires a hands-on approach to enhance code quality, improve stability and performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

**What you will be working on**:
You will develop and maintain high-quality websites using ReactJS, write unit tests, perform code reviews, and improve web app performance. This role involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in brainstorming sessions, and providing feedback to other team members.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable websites using ReactJS.
- Improve code quality with unit tests, automation, and code reviews.
- Work on enhancing stability and performance metrics for web apps.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to technology discussions.
- Provide feedback to team members and tackle complex problems.

**Skills and experience**:
Minimum Experience:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling (asset bundling, build tools, CSS preprocessors, linting).
- Passion for writing clean, pragmatic code.
- Familiarity with version control and development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and build automation.

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience deploying frontend web stacks to production.
- Background in the flights domain.
- Experience developing and maintaining Single Page Applications.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Testing Library, Playwright).
