- Responsible for achieving target sales, numeric, availability, and visibility of products
- Responsible for developing customer sales potential at Depo
- Control and evaluate the performance of all sales teams, warehouse teams, and administrative teams.
- Control the adequacy of the stock for sales needs in the Depo
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of their team as well as improving a conducive work atmosphere.
- Maintaining availability (AV) and visibility of products in outlets in region
- Maintain and detect the activities of competitors in the region for which they are responsible.
- Push the bad stock that occurs in the depo
- Coaching and conseling their teams.
- Maintain all facilities and infrastructure in the Depo
