Course Consultant

Responsible to introduce EF English First product and understand customers need at the English First. They have to build relationship with customers and achieve school sales target.

1. Drive sales of education program through telesales and face to face interaction with customers

2. Invite customers to EF center and give professional consultations to introduce EF English course and study plan according to customers need

3. To describe EF’s learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target

4. To fully understand EF’s products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars

5. Work with other department to make sure customers get good study experience

6. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals

7. Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales

8. Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as EF Expo, EF Open House, EF School visit, EF Open Table, EF Life Club, etc
